These days we're all concerned about our health, so in lieu of an on-site estimate, we can send you a link to our Dropbox site that will allow you to easily upload a cell phone walk-through video or still photos of your apartment without regard for file size. That way we'll be able to provide a more accurate quote for certain types of cleanings. We look forward to speaking with you and learning your particular preferences.

This service includes:

  • Deep clean & sanitize bathroom(s) and fixtures.

  • Deep clean kitchen, sink, faucet(s), countertops.

  • Clean exterior of all appliances and cabinets.

  • Clean interior of cabinet doors, microwave.

  • Clean refrigerator or oven interior upon request.

  • Dust & damp wipe all horizontal surfaces including shelves, counters, and tabletops.

  • Dust & damp wipe high mouldings, ledges, ducts.

  • Dust & damp wipe windowsills, doors, and overhead trim

  • Clean telephones, office, and A.V. equipment

  • Vacuum floors rugs & carpeting

  • Dust & clean behind/under beds, furniture, desks, etc.

  • Damp mop floors

  • Clean closet interiors upon request

  • Tidy up & de-clutter

  • Spot clean fingermarks and soil on light switches, door handles, cabinet pulls, etc.

  • Carry out trash and recyclable waste

A $25.00 - $45.00 Initial Supply Charge is additional.

8.875% NYC Sales Tax will be added to your total.

Green Clean uses only non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products.

Our staff cleans according to your wishes on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (every four weeks) basis.

We set up a regular day that works for you and do our best to send the same person each time, so that they become familiar with your space, and you become familiar with them.

 

Each time we clean, we bring fresh non-toxic cleaning products, microfiber cloths, sponges, and non-abrasive scrub pads.

​

Our clients really appreciate the attention to detail that goes into our maid service. In addition to routine tasks, we dust and clean stereos and TV's, and if you have computer equipment, we know how to clean that safely too.

​

As an added value for our customers, Green Clean is pleased to provide limited laundry service at no extra charge — if the machines are located in your apartment or building. For more details, see our POLICIES page.
